She: ...And the storage building rent is late again this month. I've had the check made out for weeks, but haven't gotten it over there.
Me: Well, can't you mail it?
She: I guess. But I don't have his address. He just really prefers it in his back door.
Me: Well, some guys just do. You really can't fault him for that.
I was born a semi-diva. I married a redneck. Through the magic of osmosis or just because of a serious lack of sophistication over the years I have found a balance of the two that make me who I am today. And then I write about it all, much to the chagrin of my mother.

LOL! Good one. It wasn't even a Keeling joke.
Are you serious when you say Nick reads your blog?
Man, maybe I should be a little more careful in what I write in mine. I never know who may be lurking around. Who cares about Fitty, I'm worried about old classmates.
Stacie, it wasn't meant to be a joke! That's what made it even funnier! She just blandly said he preferred it in his back door and it took me a second to come back with a reply. Then we both laughed so hard I thought we were going to have a wreck. That Tater...still funny without meaning to be.
Yes, from what I hear, Nick (and his Mom) reads my blog. So does the little girl that was the flower girl when I was Band Queen, the kids' elementary school principal and various Wal*Mart Associates. I think Keeling does, too, LOL.
"Ahhh, The old back door job hey"( Maxwell Smart Voice). Gotta love it. LOL
ROFLMAO!
hmn... now that gives me an idea...
Love this. Some men do - for once he is right.
But my REAL reason for commenting is due to your post on MY blog. Yes I will email you.
And.....
I love you....
Oh, Tater. Yep, the funniest times are when she doesn't mean to be funny.
When I think back to the other day and how we stood in the way in the door to the bathroom for like 5 minutes I have to laugh all over again.
